TSA is Seeking to Buy Over 3.4 Million Rounds of Ammo
Even as more political figures are pushing for more gun control measures, U.S. government agencies are building up their firearm arsenals like never before. If this isn’t a troubling trend to you then you probably aren’t paying attention. We just found out through the FBO request site that the TSA is seeking to secure over 3.4 million rounds of .357 Sig ammunition. For training purposes of course. The TSA is also asking to lease time on the firing range that is within 20 miles of New York’s LaGuardia Airport. They are expecting to fire about 490,200 rounds per year, so with the 3,454,000 rounds of .357 Sig they are requesting they should have enough ammo for the next 7 years.
